The Series 1000 Fat and Moisture Analyser has been developed to provide a rapid system for measuring fat and moisture in homogeneous products such as yogurt, cream cheese, milk powder, butter, mayonaise etc.
The S1000 Fat and Moisture Analyser also uses the 5mm thick powder cell but measures two components simultaneously.
